FDA Effect on Pharmacy Shops Running without PHARMACIST

The Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) has started taking strict action against medical shops which flout the rule in Maharashtra State. The impact is that huge number 2530 medical shop owners across the Maharashtra state have surrendered their licences because they were unable to find full-time pharmacists for their stores just due to unable to provide salary. FDA action ranges from suspending the operations of their shops for a few days to cancelling their licences.
It should be totally closed to hire Licence

Many places medical shop owner dont have any kind of Pharmacy Licence and selling Physician samples or expiry Products. These things i observed at District place.
But still running smoothly. Reason is that Drug Inspectore work under pressure of Medical Store Union across countary. PCI working for provide quality of services but state Pharmacy Council dont following in proper way.

Pharmacist Registration must be centrally as like MCI, DCI.

Teachers working in Pharmacy Institutions also give their registration to Medical store and deny to have any kind of Pharmacy Registration number during PCI inspection.

Why only the Maharashtra state has made it mandatory for medical stores to have a qualified

pharmacist?
Why this rule not following other part of India?

If FDA conduct these kind of inspections across the countarty then definately Pharmacy Profession will be grow. But due to Drug Inspector and State Pharmacy council negligence Pharmacy profession going down.
With a hope these kind of strict actions will be governed across the countrye. Pharmacy Council have to provide the complain facility of illegal medical stores to overcome burden of Drug Inspector.
